Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Current fitness certification from a recognized organization is necessary.
  • Must possess a valid CPR/AED certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, including coaching and management roles.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high service standards.
  • Knowledge of exercise science and body mechanics is preferred.
  • Resourceful with the ability to execute plans effectively.
  • Passionate about helping members reach their fitness goals and providing an exceptional experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a talent for motivating teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
