- Conduct market analysis for growth projects and lead the sales team in creating and reviewing strategic sales plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to cultivate successful and beneficial partnerships.
- Travel with sales representatives to coach and mentor, ensuring day-to-day activities are effective and efficient.
- Direct sales force with respect to community-focused activities and utilize CRM and analytical systems to plan, implement, and evaluate sales campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of seven plus years of healthcare sales experience, preferably in radiology, with previous management or leadership experience.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills, with experience in using basic financial principles, reports, and data to develop business case recommendations.
- Ability to build effective relationships, delegate responsibility, authority, and provide direction to staff, exercising a high degree of initiative, product knowledge, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve objectives.
- Communicates, cooperates, and functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors.
- Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, and integrity, exercising confidentiality in all areas of performance.
- Fulfills all local, state, and federal laws concerning employment, including but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights, and ADA.
- Fulfills OSHA regulations, RadNet, and site protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Fulfills HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety, and confidentiality standards at all times.
