Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Technology Project Manager / Agile Coach to assume a pivotal role within the Investment Product Experience – Individual Investor team. This position emphasizes servant leadership, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team consistently delivers high value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead diverse technology projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and requirements.
- Utilize your expertise to guide staff and resolve issues effectively.
- Employ agile methodologies and scrum techniques to enhance project outcomes.
- Manage project management activities, including reporting, planning, risk identification, and scope management.
- Coordinate with business subject matter experts and engineers to ensure proper resource alignment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, particularly in Asset Management.
- Preferred certifications include PMP and/or Agile Scrum Management.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Rally is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of technology infrastructure and Agile program implementation.
Work Environment
This role offers flexibility with the option for remote work up to three days a week.
