Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee training schedules for all sessions.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and support team development initiatives.
  • Coach a minimum of 10 sessions weekly.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records for all coaching staff.

Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Current fitness certification from a recognized organization is mandatory.
  • Must possess current CPR/AED certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fitness industry, including coaching and management.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to high service standards.
  • Knowledge of exercise science and body mechanics is preferred.
  • Resourceful and capable of executing action plans effectively.
  • Passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a motivational approach.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
