Job Title: Vision Area Sales Manager

At Lumenis, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vision Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Ophthalmology and Aesthetic markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at multiple levels.
  • Coach and mentor Territory Managers to drive sales growth and improve face-to-face selling time.
  • Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to ensure timely and accurate sales data.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets.
  • Travel primarily within the assigned territory and in the United States for training, tradeshows, and company/team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 4+ years of sales experience, with a strong background in B2B or capital equipment sales, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quota, driving sales growth, and success.
  • Ability to manage quota in excess of $1.5 million annually.
  • Ability to manage and close complex sales.
  • Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Must be able to use a personal vehicle and maintain a valid driver's license.
