Vision Area Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vision Area Sales Manager to join our team at Lumenis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Vision area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Vision area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including physicians and business leaders.
- Coach and mentor Territory Managers to improve sales performance and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate sales data and insights.
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to plan and execute territory strategies to win account opportunities and achieve overall sales targets.
- Travel primarily within the assigned territory and in the United States for training, tradeshows, and company/team meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or capital equipment sales, with a strong track record of meeting sales quotas and driving sales growth.
- Ability to manage quota in excess of $1.5 million annually.
- Ability to manage and close complex sales.
- Microsoft applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and Salesforce experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle.
