Job Overview

Fullbay is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve Fullbay's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives.
  • Manage sales processes, including lead generation, conversion, and pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the executive team, including insights on sales performance, market trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Continuously improve the sales process, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales team performance.
  • Experience in high-volume, high-velocity sales organizations selling to SMB industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
