Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Operations and Sales Manager to join our team at 27C - GRACE MANAGEMENT INC. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to multiple communities within our portfolio.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading, training, and coaching professionals in achieving census and financial goals. They will be responsible for guiding and developing Executive Directors and Sales Leaders to ensure operations standards are met, and sales targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to multiple communities within our portfolio.
  • Guide and develop Executive Directors and Sales Leaders to ensure operations standards are met and sales targets are achieved.
  • Recruit, train, and develop highly motivated and effective Executive Directors and Sales Leaders.
  • Oversee community operations, including site visits and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards.
  • Develop and implement annual sales, operating, and capital budgets.
  • Ensure each community maintains compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with Executive Directors, Sales Directors, and Regional Directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, health-related field, or hospitality; master's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated 5-10 years of healthcare management experience, including at least five years of recent executive director and/or administrator job experience.
  • Prior experience in a regional role and/or with multiple building responsibilities preferred.
  • Experience in managing various disciplines while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and corporate standards is required.
  • Active/valid driver's license required for extensive travel.
