Office Management Assistant Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Office Management Assistant to join our team at Eliada Homes, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our administrative building, providing administrative support to senior leadership team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, handle phone calls, visitors, appointments, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Open and close the administrative building daily according to operating hours.
  • Receive, sort, distribute, and post mail/deliveries for all departments daily.
  • Prepare donations, child development payments, and other incoming funds accurately; reconcile Petty Cash.
  • Input data into multiple databases for contact information, utilization (census), and scheduling.
  • Maintain board documents, schedule meetings, manage membership, update letterhead, and complete meeting minutes, board rosters, and anniversaries.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in office management/administrative support.
  • Preferred experience in social services/behavioral health and transcription.
  • Competence in public relations, communication, computer, and organizational skills, including proficiency in Excel, Microsoft, and PowerPoint.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
