Property Operations Manager

This Assistant Property Manager position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 annually.
In this dynamic role, you will support the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties. Your responsibilities will include finance and collections, leasing and marketing, and additional duties such as providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor.
Key Tasks:
- Finance and Accounting:
- Manage rent collection, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor and reconcile invoices and deposits.
- Leasing and Marketing:
- Utilize Yardi system to input daily data and maintain resident files.
- Support leasing activities and stay informed about market trends.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and vendors.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of property management experience.
- Proficiency in computer software, including OneSite/RealPage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
