We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative support to our managers and department staff. This embedded position in western North Carolina requires a highly organized individual with excellent time management skills.

Job Description

  • Provide administrative support to managers and department staff, including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel and accommodations
  • Direct incoming calls, welcome visitors, and answer routine questions
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, and maintain office files
  • Compile reports and presentations using established sources and create correspondence with guidance
  • Perform data input and prepare forms in support of the manager or department

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • 2 years of related administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, plan, and prioritize tasks
