Dental Associates Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Asheville, NC.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and handling phone inquiries. You will also engage with patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing their needs throughout their visit.

You will collaborate with clinical staff for seamless patient flow and an excellent patient experience. Additionally, you will assist patients with insurance matters, accurately process claims, and facilitate billing procedures.

Your communication skills will be essential in effectively communicating treatment plans, financial estimates, and post-operative instructions to patients.

To maintain a safe and confidential environment, you will adhere to all regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA and OSHA.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of dental office experience, preferably with knowledge of Open Dental Software.

You must possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize, and maintain order in a busy front desk setting.

Able to multitask and navigate a fast-paced office environment, transitioning between check-in and check-out duties efficiently.

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious work atmosphere.
