Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Safety Observer and Care Coordinator to join our team at North Carolina Division Office. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients.

About the Role

The Patient Safety Observer and Care Coordinator will be responsible for continuously observing and monitoring high-risk patients to prevent falls and accidental or intentional self-harm. In collaboration with the patient care team, you will ensure that the patient environment is free of obstacles and hazards. Your role may also involve assisting with basic activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous observation and monitoring for high-risk patients
  • Collaborate with the patient care team to ensure a safe patient environment
  • Assist with basic activities of daily living as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Preferred experience: 1+ year in a healthcare setting

Salary and Benefits
