Medical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Support Specialist to join our team at SDV Office Systems, LLC. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to provide exceptional support and service, ensuring timely delivery of medical devices, supplies, and furniture to Veteran Affairs Hospitals.
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage customer orders, including creation of purchase orders, tracking and communication notes, and coordination of delivery.
- Proactively follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Assist with credit card deposits and orders over the phone.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service position, working over the phone and through emails.
- Ability to multitask between phone calls and emails.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
