We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SunSource. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth with established customers and developing new business opportunities in the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list and capture new business
  • Full cycle prospecting activities, including qualification of leads, cold calls, and sales presentations
  • Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or 2-year technical degree
  • 1+ year industrial sales experience, preferably in electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components
  • Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Overnight travel may be required
