Job Summary

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional sales of ZOLL Resuscitation's medical devices in a specified region. This role requires developing new business relationships, managing existing accounts, and developing new sales leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and local professionals in the medical community
  • Assist with account strategies, territory planning, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and increase sales revenue to meet assigned targets, responsible for meeting quota deadlines and specifics
  • Regularly maintain Salesforce as needed by the company
  • Investigate sales, customer, and/or Salesforce issues and escalate to other team members, if needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least three years of field sales experience in client-focused roles within cardiology, medical device, and/or pharma industries
  • Two years minimum of CRM or Salesforce experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exceptional organizational skills and excellent time management skills
  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Above-average presentation skills and strong business acumen
Travel Requirements

This role requires 60% travel, which may be outside the local area and overnight, and could be for an extended period.
