About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team at PCRK Group. As a Business Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and assisting the Senior General Manager with overseeing the day-to-day operations of our location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, focusing on talent development and motivation
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive client experience
  • Manage and train staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including back-office operations and data management
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a retail setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on talent development and motivation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
