JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a highly motivated, Full-Time, Inside Sales Support professional to join our team in the Enterprise Solutions division. The role involves identifying and pursuing new leads, setting appointments, collaborating with the sales team, and driving the growth and success of our marketing and technology consulting company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, preferably in a consulting or technology industry.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting outreach to new targeted client account opportunities and introducing Trellist and its offerings.
  • Coordinating expert teams of Trellist consultants and Service Partners for Discovery calls, pitch meetings, and new stakeholder introductions.
  • Executing on Business Development strategies with Account Executives and consistently updating CRM.
  • Managing lead databases and curating new lead lists.
  • Providing insights from outreach to help inform and refine service offerings and pitches across various levels of stakeholders and clients.
  • Collaborating with team members
  • Other duties as assigned.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:


To be considered for the role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years experience in a professional services sales environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying prospects and maintaining a conversion rate, preferably in the consulting or technology industry.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, personable, and comfortable speaking to potential prospects.
  • Knowledgeable in the sales funnel process and analyzing and qualifying lists.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Experienced in appointment setting and cold calling.
  • Interested in discovering and piloting new ways of communicating to prospects leveraging new technologies and AI.
  • A creative problem-solver with the ability to execute.
  • Knowledgeable in marketing principles and strategies (a plus).
