Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Operator to join our team at Byrne Dairy. As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our production equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Monitor and control process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to minimize downtime and optimize production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track production metrics and quality control.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The Process Operator will work in a fast-paced production environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazardous materials. The ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work at heights is required.
