We are currently seeking candidates for roles in our production and sanitation departments. Positions may include Production Operations - Bag Room, Production Operations - Pally Loader, or Sanitation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Unloading, sorting, and loading empty milk crates from deliveries and the warehouse.
  • Setting up, operating, and cleaning equipment used for processing dairy and non-dairy products.
  • Adhering to all operational procedures.
  • Sorting and bagging empty plastic containers.
  • Performing introductory machine operation and troubleshooting.
  • Loading bags onto trucks using a dolly.
  • Unbagging bottles as needed for transport to other departments.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and reporting any product issues.
  • Operating Pally loaders and resolving minor machine issues.
  • Organizing carts and trays for pallet building and ensuring proper bottle orientation.
  • Meeting production schedules and monitoring variances.
  • Maintaining sanitation standards inside and outside the facility.
  • Following safety protocols, including housekeeping and PPE compliance.
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards, including OSHA and FDA.


Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No prior experience required; however, 1-3 years of physical labor or janitorial experience is preferred.


Expectations:
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and physical/drug screening.
  • Willingness to perform reasonable job-related tasks as requested.
  • Meet departmental productivity standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to operate in various temperature ranges and maintain flexibility in job functions.
  • Capable of meeting the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing, lifting, and pulling.

Compensation:
Pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour. This range represents the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Actual salary will depend on various factors, including budget availability, prior experience, skills, and education.
