Electronics Production Specialist

SRCTec, LLC is currently looking for a temporary Electronics Production Specialist to assist in manufacturing operations during the first shift. The role involves the assembly, disassembly, and rework of advanced electronic warfare and radar systems, along with their sub-assemblies and components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established assembly protocols and production workflows to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
  • Utilize electronic and mechanical assembly techniques while adhering to industry standards.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and rework intricate electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Conduct masking and demasking tasks on detailed circuit card assemblies to prepare for the conformal coating process.
  • Organize, inventory, and package electromechanical assemblies.
  • Perform basic soldering, wire preparation, and cable assembly tasks.
  • Identify and document discrepancies and rework actions throughout the assembly process accurately.
  • Employ a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring proper use and maintenance of calibrated torque tools.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or training from a technical or military trade school with no prior experience, or a combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and read mechanical drawings and assembly procedures.
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Strong time management skills to complete assignments effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Capability to lift up to 40 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • A strong desire to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • IPC-J-STD-001 Solder Certification is advantageous.
