About the Role

Finastra USA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in demand generation, working closely with both our Marketing and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through targeted outreach and maintain a log of that activity within our engagement platform and CRM
  • Identify client and prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure suitable messaging is distributed to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and company products and services
  • Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed
  • Participate in training programs as directed by your manager
  • Maintain sales forecasting data in our sales reporting system
  • Report on periodic sales results
Requirements
  • Prior experience working within the banking industry, either for a financial institution or a technology vendor
  • 0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
  • Finastra is an English-speaking company; for this role, Indonesian is a must-have
  • Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals
  • Account Management experience a plus
  • Required Skills and Experience

    • Strong perseverance and follow-up skills
    • Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills
    • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office / O365
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
  • Work Environment
  • Work is performed in a hybrid office environment
  • Due to the different geographies this role could cover, the ideal candidate will have the ability to flex their working schedule to accommodate time-zones as necessary
