Sales Development Representative

Finastra USA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in demand generation, working closely with both our Marketing and Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through targeted outreach and maintain a log of that activity within our engagement platform and CRM
- Identify client and prospect needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure suitable messaging is distributed to clients
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, competitors, and company products and services
- Participate in user group meetings and trade shows as needed
- Participate in training programs as directed by your manager
- Maintain sales forecasting data in our sales reporting system
- Report on periodic sales results
- Prior experience working within the banking industry, either for a financial institution or a technology vendor
- 0-2 years of inbound and/or outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience
- Finastra is an English-speaking company; for this role, Indonesian is a must-have
- Track record of selling over the phone with a history of exceeding sales goals
- Account Management experience a plus

- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / O365
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience
- Work Environment
- Work is performed in a hybrid office environment
- Due to the different geographies this role could cover, the ideal candidate will have the ability to flex their working schedule to accommodate time-zones as necessary
