About the Role

UniFirst is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize sales techniques and strategies to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Coachable and highly enthusiastic mindset
  • High school diploma required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Tech savvy, prior experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365 is a plus
