Compensation Package

The annual base salary range for this position is $83,300.00 - $137,400.00 nationwide, reflecting salaries across the country for similar roles. The actual salary will be determined by factors such as role scope, complexity, location, candidate skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive (AE) to partner with agents and brokers to provide coverage for new and/or renewal business based on customers' needs.

  • Manage profitability, growth, and retention of an assigned book of business.
  • Underwrite and negotiate customer accounts to minimize risk and maximize profitability.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal partners to support market penetration objectives and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Foster external partnerships through seamless underwriting experiences and solutions.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities using consultative marketing and sales skills.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three to five years of relevant underwriting experience.
  • Knowledge of Business Insurance products, regulatory environment, and local insurance market.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze information and make timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with agents and brokers.
  • CPCU designation.
