Business Development Insurance Specialist

At HomeServices Insurance, we are seeking a skilled New Business Specialist to join our team. This full-time role is based in New Brighton, MN, and offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience in processing or servicing roles within an independent agency. A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required; however, candidates without a license can still apply if they demonstrate a willingness to obtain it within one month.
This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in growing environments and enjoy establishing strong relationships. As a New Business Specialist, you will provide support to our sales team by processing client applications across multiple lines of business. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing issuances for compliance purposes, entering information into our Agency Management System, and completing the processing of applications using established guidelines.
