Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Twin Cities district. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for soliciting new business via phone and networking, developing insurance quotes, and making sales presentations.

We offer a highly competitive commission structure and a supportive team environment. Our district office provides extensive training and mentoring to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit new business via phone and networking.
  • Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations.
  • Develop ongoing relationships with clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements:

  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Previous sales and customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
