**Job Summary**



The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid position that requires occasional onsite work with the possibility for some remote work (from approved location).



**Key Responsibilities**




  • Manage and oversee the Business Analyst team, consisting of Technical Business Analysts and contracted team members.
  • Lead the team to analyze and document business and technical requirements, determine effective project approaches, and help the team determine analysis and scrum master best practices.
  • Work closely with software developers and quality analysts to meet documented business requirements.
  • Determine efficient ways to communicate, coordinate, and collaborate on work that impacts multiple departments.
  • Help establish best practices and department-wide consistencies for business requirements, process flows, and other related business analysis artifacts.
  • Monitor and coordinate incoming work requests for overlaps, redundancies, or alternate solutions.
  • Assist organization-wide product management teams by facilitating estimations of work items, coordinating schedules, and determining team capacity.


**Requirements**




  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Management, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Four or more years' senior level Business Analyst experience.
  • Two or more years' supervisory experience.


**Preferred Qualifications**




  • Business Analyst functions supervision and coaching, such as requirements gathering and analysis, creating business process flows, and building business relationships.
  • Agile knowledge and work experience.


**Skills and Abilities**




  • Proficiency with Microsoft Azure DevOps and service desk ticketing programs.
  • Demonstrated intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and other related software applications.
  • Superior attention to detail; ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural responsiveness, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple groups.
  • Proven strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to adapt style and approach to various levels and audiences.
  • Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
  • Advanced project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage many simultaneous projects.
  • High level of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • General knowledge of database concepts and technologies.
  • General to advanced knowledge of SQL query language and ability to extract data from database tables.
  • Basic familiarity with software development principles.
  • Ability and experience coaching others to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
