Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants, improving their sales and GMV, and maintaining healthy relationships with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and acquire new merchants with high order potential and traffic, focusing on Chinese and Asian restaurants.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential merchants, collect and input information, train and onboard new merchants, and manage their backend operations.
  • Regularly visit merchants, apply for and replace merchant materials, understand their challenges, and provide solutions and recommendations to improve their business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and delivery operations teams to promote business cooperation and increase GMV and order volume.
  • Manage and maintain healthy and stable strategic partnerships with merchants, optimize their experience, and achieve mutual benefits.
Requirements
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • High market sensitivity, strong commercial acumen, and a desire to work with restaurants.
  • Experience in business negotiation, sales, and marketing management is preferred.
  • Internet company experience is preferred.
  • Strong time management and planning skills.
