Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our client's team in Chicago, IL.

This is a 2-month contract position offering a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
General understanding of Exchange Trade Derivatives and Futures & Options.

Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Experience at an Exchange or Bank.

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:
Process client instructions, amendments, and corrections accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with Execution Desks and Client Services teams to address client inquiries.

Identify and implement risk reduction and operational process improvements.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.

Develop and automate risk and performance metrics.

Participate in UAT testing and reporting on key change programs.

Provide subject matter expertise and ad hoc support.

Pay Details:
$48.44 per hour
