Compensation:

This is a commission-only role with a competitive, tiered structure designed to reward performance. Earn a base commission of 10% on the revenue generated from placements secured through the clients you bring in, with opportunities to increase earnings up to 20% for high-revenue contracts. Additional performance-based bonuses include a 5% bonus for securing retained or exclusive agreements, and a 5% monthly bonus for exceeding revenue targets.
