Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group). As a Sales and Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for accounts, including introducing new value propositions and competitive displacement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for accounts, including introducing new value propositions and competitive displacement programs.
  • Target and drive large-scale enterprise-wide renewals and new opportunities related to end-user workflow in new and existing customers.
  • Lead sales campaigns to achieve increased product market penetration.
  • Collaborate with the Commodities Proposition and Sales Readiness teams to foster product ideas and provide client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate rolling sales forecast and build customer contact database.

Requirements:

  • Excellent financial and quantitative conceptual ability.
  • Strong telephone sales and presentation skills with clients/prospects at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability selling financial industry products.
  • Prior Account Management/Sales experience working with Banks and Investment Managers.
  • Consistent record meeting sales quotas and pipeline management.
  • Experience identifying and cultivating new accounts and use of prospecting tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
