Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to achieve philanthropic goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporations, and foundations
  • Lead a team of development professionals to achieve fundraising objectives
  • Collaborate with the CEO and Board of Directors to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to track fundraising progress
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of professional fundraising experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Experience working with a volunteer-driven, community-based organization, with a deep passion for the mission and values of All For Kids
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $225,000 to $250,000, depending on qualifications and experience
