  • Build and maintain relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundation relationships
  • Lead the development team in grant writing, research, and reporting
  • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to advance the organization's mission and goals
  • Manage and supervise a team of development professionals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10 years of professional fundraising experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with donors and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and servant-leadership approach
