Position Title: Client Success Representative

Reports To: Director of Client Support

Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Representative who will manage client inquiries, feedback, and issues. The primary objective of this role is to cultivate positive interactions that strengthen the bond between BMTX and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage tasks while fostering collaborative relationships with team members.
  • Demonstrate excellent research capabilities and a solid understanding of fundamental banking regulations.
  • Exhibit superior knowledge retention and apply this knowledge effectively across various work scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience with BMAS systems.
  • Minimum one year of familiarity with Refund Disbursement Processes.
  • Experience with SFTP File Transfer.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
