Role Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Representative. This role is pivotal in addressing client inquiries, feedback, and issues, with the primary objective of cultivating positive client experiences and strengthening the partnership between BMTX and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage tasks while fostering collaborative relationships with team members.
  • Exhibit excellent research capabilities and possess a foundational understanding of banking regulations.
  • Demonstrate superior knowledge retention and the ability to apply insights across various aspects of the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience with BMAS systems.
  • A minimum of one year of familiarity with Refund Disbursement Processes.
  • Experience with SFTP File Transfer.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong critical thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
