  • Utilize a consultative method to present products and services to clients.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of pertinent work experience, preferably in client services.
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

Training Information:

  • Duration: 4 weeks (with potential for additional training if necessary)
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote work on designated days, in-office on others)
  • Working Hours: Standard schedule of 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Attendance Requirement: 100% attendance expected

Post-Training Work Schedule:

  • Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:00pm (shifts may vary based on experience)
  • Typical work week: 37.5 hours; overtime available as necessary
  • Mandatory overtime during peak times
  • Internet Requirements: Minimum 40Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed while connected to VPN.
  • Internet stipend available for contractors.
