Warehouse Operations Specialist

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient processing of all mail and distribution services while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and deliver various mail and courier items, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing items for dispatch.
- Track and manage courier items, including FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail.
- Package and label all materials appropriately, adhering to safety regulations.
- Research and route unidentified mail to the correct recipients.
- Coordinate and transport bulk mail items efficiently.
- Log and track messenger items to ensure accountability.
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance.
- Monitor packages for any hazardous or suspicious materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and fulfill requests accurately.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Current Dangerous Goods shipping certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping regulations is advantageous.
- Experience with common shipping software (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) is preferred.
