Job Title: IT Operations Product Support Specialist

Cellular Sales is seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues related to our Access Control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via multiple service channels, including ticketing system, email, phone, and in-person.
  2. Collaborate with Product Support Staff Analysts to track and report recurring concerns and elevate customer service.
  3. Act as a customer advocate, researching and troubleshooting issues to ensure thorough resolution in a timely manner.
  4. Document and summarize interactions with end-users accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
  5. Troubleshoot and support proprietary software/hardware, as well as third-party software and applications.
  6. Work closely with other departments to order hardware and coordinate additional support.
  7. Travel between headquarters and other owned properties, as well as shipping distributors, as needed.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma required; AS degree in a technical field preferred.
  2. Minimum 1 year of verifiable technical remote support experience.
  3. Industry N+ / A+ / S+ certifications a plus.
  4. Experience with automated door systems, Microsoft operating systems, and Active Directory a plus.
