Job Overview

Carespring Health Care Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team in the Cincinnati Area. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility adheres to all federal and state guidelines, while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction and responsible party satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facility operations and patient care.
  • Collaborate with department heads to maintain high levels of team member satisfaction and engagement.
  • Manage and resolve team member issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Oversee census management, accounts receivable, and controllable cost management.
  • Ensure the facility maintains a minimum of 4 stars on the CMS 5-star rating system.
  • Manage the CMS Quality Indicators and ensure timely follow-up on requested items.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for serving the elderly.
  • An active Administrator's License in the state where the facility is located (OH, KY).
  • Experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Thorough knowledge of nursing home regulations and guidelines.
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver top-notch customer service.
