Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on technical projects.
  • Strong experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Asana, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant professional designation.
  • Six Sigma or other process improvement training.
  • OCM (Organizational Change Management) Prosci certification.
