Your Role:
In the capacity of a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will excel in supporting business oversight for regional operations and back-office functions, facilitating the alignment of business unit presentations with head office data to deliver a comprehensive business perspective.
Your responsibilities will encompass assisting in the development of financial reports, budgets, Medium Term Planning (MTP), forecasts, and various ad-hoc data and reporting requests. You will track actual expenditures against budgetary levels and aid in aligning performance metrics with strategic objectives. Furthermore, you will provide assistance for project analysis, strategic planning, and financial reporting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the preparation of:
Financial statements structured by business line, emphasizing profitability and performance against objectives
Forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
Analytical commentary (month-over-month comparisons, actual vs. budget vs. forecast variances, etc.)
Cost management for support functions and projects (analyzing cost trends, explaining budget variances, and recommending corrective actions)
Deliver presentations to management and departmental leaders regarding North America performance, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Capital Utilization, and Client Metrics.
Ensure the accuracy of reporting data sources in alignment with the official records of the organization.Assist in coordinating the budget and forecasting processes for the North America region.
Establish proper controls to minimize potential reporting inaccuracies.
Act as a partner and advisor to business units and support functions.
Engage in special projects and ongoing automation improvements.
Your Commitment:
To qualify for the Senior FP&A Analyst position, you should possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, or equivalent professional experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting or a Controller role
Compensation Expectations:
Target Salary Range:
$75,000 - $110,000
This position adheres to the terms of Rabobank's compensation policies. It is anticipated that the salary will fall within the target range.
