We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Roadway team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful project deliverables and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage project teams.
  • Coordinate availability of internal resources and assign individual responsibilities.
  • Serve as primary liaison between all parties involved in a project.
  • Monitor progress and measure project performance.
  • Manage change requests and implement risk management techniques.
  • Coordinate detailed reviews of technical work to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and focus on exceptional client service.
  • Document project deliverables and maintain comprehensive records.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Project management experience including scope, schedule, and budget control.
  • 8+ years of experience in highway or municipal design.
  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Connectivity with local municipalities in the St. Louis area strongly preferred.
