Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the coordination and oversight of Investment project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage resources, including change management and communications resources, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Regularly communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs and communication plans to enhance the skills of existing team members and support the onboarding of new hires.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Project Management, providing coaching, guidance, and oversight to all project managers involved with Investment-related work.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and applications in project management.
  • Establish and maintain project management best practices, policies, and guidelines in line with project management methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant investment-related work experience.
  • OR
  • Masters, MBA, ASA, or FSA and 5+ years of relevant investment-related work experience.
  • Advanced experience in transformation, process changes, and implementation.
  • Highly advanced project management skills, demonstrating the ability to evaluate project objectives and scope feasibility, gain understanding, schedule resources, and manage budget to plan.
  • Ability to lead, facilitate, and drive to decisions.
  • Previous experience managing large international/global projects; effectively managed projects leading virtual teams.
  • Highly advanced level of people management skills, demonstrating the ability to lead, mentor, and develop associates; including the ability to delegate key areas of responsibility.
  • Highly advanced oral and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey business terminology that is meaningful and well received by all stakeholders, including customers and associates.
  • Highly advanced level of investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced skills in customer relationship management and change management.
  • Highly advanced ability to translate business needs and problems into viable/accepted solutions.
  • Highly advanced ability to manage multiple projects and/or teams simultaneously.
  • Highly advanced ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines.
