We are more than a platform—we are the pioneers and stewards of the Experience Management category, serving over 18,000 clients globally.

Building a category requires grit, determination, and a willingness to challenge conventional thinking—but most of all, it demands close-knit, high-functioning teams with an unwavering dedication to serving our customers.

Strategic risks are encouraged, and complex problems are solved together, by sharing ideas and iterating until the best solution comes to light.

You will have opportunities for growth, whether you're ready or not. From retail to government to healthcare, we're on a mission to bring humanity, connection, and empathy back to business.

Job Summary

As a Senior Product Manager - Employee Experience, you will spearhead innovation focused on generating actionable insights from rich digital analytics and Voice of Employee (VoE) data collected through our platform.

You will utilize cutting-edge AI/ML techniques and large language models (LLMs) to deliver insights and recommendations that elevate the employee experience.

Success in this role goes beyond shipping great products; you have a passion for data and a knack for increasing engagement and usage through experimentation.

Continuously experimenting and iterating on ideas not only leads to innovative product features but also promotes an agile mindset that adapts to changing market trends.

Through developing problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions, you will help drive business growth and improve employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build empathy for core personas/users and translate this into product specification documents
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and success measures
  • Help go-to-market teams in communicating the value proposition to diverse audiences and collaborate on feature positioning
  • Use data to inform your viewpoints

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in technology or software development
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities

Qualtrics offers a range of benefits, including an annual $1,800 "experience bonus" to provide an experience you might not otherwise have.

We also offer a hybrid work model, where we gather in the office three days a week, and encourage all team members to devote 10% of their time to personal learning and development.
