Milliman's Seattle Health Practice serves a wide range of organizations, including insurance companies, health plans, state and federal agencies, healthcare providers, reinsurance companies, and employers.

In This Role, You Will Have the Opportunity To
  • Lead the development and production of the quality engine, ensuring alignment with healthcare program requirements.
  • Coordinate with data engineers on quality engine development and maintenance.
  • Oversee the application of the quality engine to various datasets, including CMS Medicare and Medicaid datasets and client-specific data.
  • Manage the production timeline for multiple products within Seattle Health, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
  • Communicate directly with clients about their needs and manage custom product requests.
  • Collaborate with other Milliman teams to integrate our outputs into their products.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate resources across various projects.
  • Provide regular status updates to non-technical and technical managers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or a related technical field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (7-10 years) in technical product management roles within the healthcare or healthcare IT industry.
  • Deep understanding of quality measurement methodologies and healthcare regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with managing large-scale data applications and integration projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare quality measures and reporting standards is highly desirable.
