Eastern Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

We are DAS Technology Group, a specialized recruiter in the RF/Microwave & Defense/Space Industry. Our client offers high-performance, high-reliability semiconductor solutions catering to civil aerospace, industrial, medical, military, scientific, and space applications.

About the Role

This is a remote position, ideally suited for a candidate based in the Orlando, FL area. The successful candidate will cover the East Coast up through Boston, MA, with approximately 40% travel. Relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Eastern region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technology trends, industry developments, and potential applications to real-world projects.
  • Manage large territories and diverse product offerings, ensuring effective sales coverage and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor less senior sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
