About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager at Master's Transportation, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with transit agencies, school districts, and private fleet operators. Your primary focus will be on creating and developing sales strategies to ensure responsiveness and eliminate competition on bids/RFPs. You will work closely with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and proactively search for new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Manage all sales activities within assigned territory
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to grow existing business and identify new opportunities

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to operate responsibly and independently
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Auto industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
