POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Vice President of Research & Analytics to spearhead the analytical initiatives at FOX Entertainment. This role is pivotal in crafting and executing data-centric strategies aimed at refining content development, boosting audience interaction, and enhancing market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in analytics and market research, coupled with exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a skilled team in extracting and sharing critical insights from diverse datasets to guide strategic decisions across FOX Entertainment.
  • Generate actionable intelligence to support operational and strategic initiatives throughout the organization.
  • Work closely with corporate data engineering teams to enhance datasets, create dashboards, and develop analytical tools and reports.
  • Establish a comprehensive data inventory and strategy for FOX Entertainment's various sectors (network, studio, distribution).
  • Formulate an analytics strategy tailored for international distribution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in research and analytics, with a strong focus on both linear and digital measurement strategies, preferably within the entertainment sector.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen measurement tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing teams in a similar role.
  • Expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in analytical software (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Tableau).
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Adept at building collaborative relationships across various functions within the organization.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
