POSITION SUMMARYFOX Entertainment is seeking a Vice President to spearhead Research & Analytics initiatives throughout the organization. This role entails the formulation and execution of data-centric strategies aimed at enhancing content development, audience interaction, market presence, and overall organizational efficacy. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in analytics, market research, and entertainment industry trends, coupled with exceptional leadership and strategic acumen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a skilled and high-achieving team in extracting and sharing tactical insights from diverse datasets to guide business strategies at FOX Entertainment.
- Generate actionable insights to support operations and strategic initiatives across the organization, directly aiding various FOX Entertainment divisions.
- Collaborate with corporate data engineering teams to enhance datasets, create dashboards, analytics tools, and comprehensive reports.
- Develop a systematic data inventory and strategy for FOX Entertainment's core sectors (network, studio, distribution).
- Formulate an analytics framework for international distribution efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in research and analytics, preferably within the entertainment sector.
- Familiarity with Nielsen measurement tools and products.
- Demonstrated success in leadership and team management in a comparable role.
- Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and research methodologies.
- Proficient in analytics software (e.g., SQL, Databricks, Tableau).
- Outstanding analytical reasoning, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate, fostering cross-functional relationships.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, thriving in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment.
