POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a Vice President to spearhead Research & Analytics initiatives within FOX Entertainment. This role entails crafting and executing data-centric strategies aimed at enhancing content development, audience interaction, market presence, and overall operational success. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in analytics, market research, and industry trends, complemented by exceptional leadership and strategic insight.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee a talented team dedicated to extracting and sharing actionable intelligence from diverse datasets to guide strategic decisions at FOX Entertainment.
- Generate insightful analyses to support operations and strategic planning across the organization, directly aiding various FOX Entertainment divisions.
- Work in conjunction with corporate data engineering teams to develop comprehensive datasets, create dashboards, and produce analytical reports.
- Formulate a data inventory and strategy tailored to the distinct pillars of FOX Entertainment, including network, studio, and distribution.
- Design an analytics framework for international distribution efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in research and analytics, preferably within the entertainment sector.
- Familiarity with Nielsen measurement tools and products.
- Demonstrated success in leadership and team management roles.
- Expertise in data analysis, statistical techniques, and research methodologies.
- Proficient in analytics software such as SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills.
- Adept at building collaborative relationships across functions.
- Detail-oriented self-starter with a strong ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
